Warranty Servicing
 Our goal is to have zero call backs,
but on occasion things do happen on a job site that
require us to go back to a job we previously installed.
Regardless of whether it was 3rd Party Damage, a
Manufacturing Flaw, or another reason, the homeowner
wants it fixed and fixed according to their schedule.
For that reason, Metro Carpets has a dedicated
department that has on staff, expert mechanics for each
of the flooring products we install. If there is a
problem on a job site, we have the know how to get it
fixed and get it fixed fast. We contact your
homeowner, find a convenient time for them, make the
repair to the homeowner's satisfaction, and keep you in
the loop as to what is going on. Metro Carpets has made
this investment because it is the right thing to do. By
having this staff available we make you, the builder,
look even better. |
